He got his early education from GHS Jughabanj graduated from Islamia College Peshawar & received professional degree of Law from Faculty of Law University of Peshawar . Mr Raza was good debater from School level up to University and a student leader. He Started professional life as an Advocate from Peshawar High Court. He was also elected union council nazim. Dr. Altaf Hussain Akhunkhail - Assistant professor Department of Commerce and Management Sciences
Dr. Altaf Hussain Akhunkhail was born in Mandesh, Dir lower, KP, Pakistan. He did his MBA from University of Huddersfield, England. He has got his PhD degree in Management from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). He has been teaching in Department of Commerce and Management Sciences for the last thirteen years. Currently, several students are enrolled with in Mphil and PhD programs under his supervision. He has published more than twenty research papers in both national and international repute journals. He has presented research papers in several international conferences. Additionally, he has got Faculty development and precessional training from both HEC, Islamabad and Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. He remained member of syndicate and Chief Proctor, University of Malakand. He remained president of UTHM Pakistani Students society and executive member of UTHM Global Students Society.​
FAYAZ ALI SHAH - Phd Management
Dr. Shah is also teaching at the Department of Management Sciences, Islamia College University Peshawar, which is one of the oldest institutes for higher education in the country. He has more than 10 years’ experience in teaching and research and has published one book and more than 40 research publications in the field of organizational justice and law, human behaviour and management. Dr. Fayaz Ali Shah, is working as a Director Rule of Law Projects with Alternate Solutions Institute, Pakistan. He is an active social activist and libertarian.
He was born in Pakistan in 1979. Dr. Shah received his first degree in law (LL.B) from the Faculty of Law University of Peshawar and MA in Human Resource Management from Kingston University UK. He has completed his PhD in 2015 in the area of Management with a specialization of Organizational Sustainability from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He has held lecturing positions at the Liverpool College of Management Sciences, London, UK, City University of Science and IT Peshawar, Pakistan and the University of Malakand, Pakistan. Dr Shah is also a graduate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Uk , and also a member of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council.

Dr. Muhammad Usman - PhD in human resource management
Dr. Muhammad Usman is an academic, trainer, researcher and an expert in human resource management, organizational behaviour and SME management having 14 years of experience. He is serving as Assistant Professor in the department of Commerce and Management Sciences, University of Malakand. Having developed strong skills in Training delivery after Receiving Training from HEC, AIT (Thailand) and LUMS. He got his PhD from Whuan University of Technology, P.R China in Human Resource Management. He has research publications to his credit in international journals of repute in the field of leadership, human resource management and organizational behavior. Currently, his research interests includes governance issues in higher education, entrepreneurship education and SMEs. He has been delivering trainings, workshops, and seminars at Public, Private and non-profit organizations. Besides teaching and research, Dr. Usman has served University of Malakand in different capacities like Manager University-Industry linkages at the Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization, member Advanced Studies and Research Board, member Works Advisory Committee and Food and Market Committee.
M. Hanif Khan Yousafzai - Assistant Professor
Worked as Duty Manager/Night Manager in Pearl Continental Peshawar for 8 Years.
Worked as Trainer in Ministry of Tourism Islamabad for 5 years. For the last ten years working at the University of Malakand. Worked as Head of Department for 9 Years. -Member of Think Tank of Pakistan Tourism Forum for making comprehensive National Tourism Strategy for Pakistan. -Member of Higher Education Commission National Curriculum Revision Committee for Tourism and Hotel Management disciplines. -Member of Accreditation/Inspection Committee of Higher Education Commission for Hunza Campus of Karakorum International University Giglit. -Member of the Committee for developing Tourism Policy for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. -Member of Board of Studies in the discipline of Tourism and Hotel Management for 5 Universities in Pakistan.

M.Bilal Khan Akhunkhail
M.Bilal Khan Akhunkhail is a active team member of the DOPA ( Dir Overseas Pakistani Association) and SIR RSA Foundation. He has worked extensively in event management, research and Working on Ground. He is currently running has own Business in education, Construction , Agriculture and Live stock.Akhunkhail worked with Mishal Pakistan as a researcher and project coordinator. Bilal has also worked with one of the exclusive forum, Digital broadcasting channel (DBTV.Live) as an Executive researcher, Content writer and Producer.
He has previously worked at the International Human Rights Commission as a Project Coordinator and has volunteered for green plantation initiatives and other community service projects. He has a good experience in banking and Finance. Bilal Akhunkhail also gives his services and effort working with Islamabad Women chamber of commerce and industry (IWCCI) and Product Development Hub as an Executive Researcher and Project Coordinator and social Media Expert.

Hazrat Mulana received his bachelor degree in Islamic studies and is a certified Islamic Scholar from Wifaq ul Madaris Arabia Pakistan. Mulana Ubaidullah was condidate for PK 14 in the last election. He is also organizer of "Bazm e Hassan bin Sabit, Dir", director Al Anjum Model School Ouch, chief organizer Esaar Foundation Ouch, member DRC Adenzai, member Adenzai Qumi Jarga, Mudeer "Jamia Umer Farooq Islamia Ouch", he is also Khateeb in Masjid Syedna Muawiya Ouch and is an Ex- member of Pakistan Institute for peace studies.
